Pack Your Item
Place the television or accessory back in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all remote controls, cables, and manuals are included.
Ship or Drop Off
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or bring it directly to our local showroom.
Receive Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
